REFUNDS

The Club will issue a refund of the programs registration fees less a twenty-five percent (25%) administration fee up to 14 days prior to the start date of the registered class.  Refunds will not be issued with notice less that 14 days prior to the start date of the registered class, or after the start date of the registered class.

WITHDRAWALS / TRANSFERS

No Withdrawals or refunds will be granted within 14 days prior to the start of classes unless requested by an instructor and approved by The Club executive.  Any Withdrawals approved by the Executive are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) administration fee and will be issued as a family credit toward the next session of classes. 

All Transfers are at the discretion of the Crestwood Skating Club and are subject to a $25 administration fee.  No transfers will be made after the third week of classes, unless requested by an instructor and approved by The Club executive.

All refund requests must be made in Writing to the Executive Committee of Crestwood Skating Club and emailed to info@skatecrestwood.ca.  Any requests made to Crestwood Skating Club instructors will not be considered or accepted.
